You'll be part of a dynamic leadership team, working within a diverse and resilient community. The Role
- Lead the strategic development of teaching and learning, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high standards across all phases
- Champion evidence-based pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment practices
- Work closely with colleagues to model outstanding practice, deliver impactful professional development, and foster a reflective, ambitious staff culture
- Use data and dialogue to support all staff in refining practice and raising outcomes
- Contribute to the wider leadership of the academy, sharing responsibility for our ongoing improvement journey

- An exceptional teacher and leader with a strong track record of improving classroom practice and outcomes
- Experience in developing whole-school strategies around teaching, curriculum, and assessment
- A commitment to inclusive, values-led education in a diverse, high-expectation setting
- The ability to build capacity in others through coaching, CPD, and collaboration
